Shaikh holds the NEBOSH National General Certificate and is a Technical Member of IOSH (TechIOSH) He is currently working towards his NEBOSH International Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety.
Shaikh has over 5 years of experience working in health and safety in warehousing/fulfilment centre environments, Shaikh has extensive knowledge in implementing health and safety policies and procedures at the workplace.
Shaikh’s goal is to create a safe and positive working environment at the workplace.
Shaikh specialises in:
- Undertaking risk assessments and implementing appropriate control measures including specialist ergonomic assessments.
- Measuring and monitoring KPIs, focusing on compliance and relevant regulations.
- Investigating accidents, near misses and any incidents to establish root causes.
- Delivering targeted training (such as induction, fire marshal and general health and safety awareness)
- Designing and implementing safety campaigns
