With each lab equipped with 2 of the pan/tilt/zoom cameras, researchers enjoy instant control and 360 degree visibility via a simple joystick control and intuitive interface.

Effortless camera control and the numerous presets we’ve setup give users ultimate flexibility, so you can quickly capture insightful moments including close-ups and tricky angles, as well as more standard contextual views.

Picture in picture functionality, and live streaming research sessions

Picture in picture functionality is another really useful feature provided in our UX research labs. This enables you to see the screens of up to 2 participant devices, at the same time as you watch the live action from the observation room. Our tech even enables you to add logos and overlays, enriching your footage and taking it to the next level.

One of the challenges our clients often face, is securing broad engagement with UX research from across their organisations. With our lab setup that’s no problem: clients like customer experience agency Fresh Egg and creative agency Space01 have live streamed their lab sessions over the web, enabling colleagues and clients at diverse locations to engage with their research programmes.
