Due to the recent rise in the COVID-19 infection rate the Government has announced a number of new measures to try to limit the spread of the virus.

The PM explained office workers are being told to work from home again if possible, and that the tighter restrictions were likely to be in place for the next six months.

With more of us heading back home to work we wanted to share our expert ergonomists advice on how you can work from home comfortably and safely.
